Lawn Care:
ServiceThe grass is cut & edges trimmed and all debris removed on a weekly
basis (depending on season). We also maintain plants and bushes which are
trimmed when required. An optional extra fee for weed and feed. A lawn
without regular treatment will become patchy, allowing weeds to grow and
will start turning yellow.

Pool Servicing:
Weekly pool service, clean pool check filters and clean. Keep chemicals in good
order to ensure long life of the pool.Including making sure you pool bug screen is
in a good state of repair.

Pest Control:
Anybody who has spent some time in Florida a Sub-tropical climate will know about
the bugs. We will arrange a bug company to control the environment around your
investment home to keep the creatures out as best as possible. Including making
sure you pool bug screen is in a good state of repair. By doing this we find we
keep the tenants longer. A little bit of care goes a long way.

Hurricanes:
In the event of a hurricane we will ASAP inspect your property and report our findings
to you. Any emergency repairs we try to get done as soon as we can. We have
specialist contractors who we work closely with to keep the investment home in as
pristine condition as we can all year round
